The unusual and tricky project of Moscow Raceway has been created and supervised by a well-known architect Hermann Tilke who also designed the majority of modern Formula 1 tracks.

The leader of modern communications Siemens/PKE has provided Moscow Raceway with all high-tech equipment to secure status of one of the most advanced circuits in the world.
The circuit has been homologated by FIA (GRADE 1) and FIM (FIM B) and may run high class completions from national series to world championship rounds including Formula 1.
